Head, Human Resource Department

The Human Resource Department of Krachi West Municipal Assembly is responsible for coordinating all human resource programs and organizing staff training within the Assembly. The department ensures the effective and efficient administration of human resources, translating institutional policies related to employment, personnel, wages, and salaries into sound management practices.

It also maintains up-to-date staff records and promotes inter- and intra-departmental collaboration to enhance staff performance and development. Additionally, the department reports on all human resource activities and implements initiatives to upgrade the skills, capabilities, and knowledge of the Assembly’s staff. The Human Resource Department also plays a key role in overseeing the general welfare of staff and conducting appraisals for direct reports
